Pasta dishes are always a good idea!
Make spaghetti in salted water al dente. Rinse parsley and chop coarsely. Melt mascarpone in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Crumble gorgonzola and add to mascarpone form. Drain spaghetti, reserving a small amount of cooking water. Add spaghetti to skillet, season with salt, season with pepper, and perhaps thin a tiny bit with a tiny bit of cooking water.
Stir in the grated parmesan and the chopped parsley and bring to the table on the spot.
