For the carrot and pea vegetables, clean the pea pods, wash and cut once. Peel the carrots and cut them into diagonal slices.
Heat grill butter in a pot with the carrot slices, sugar and water. Let fry for 3-4 minutes, add pea pods, season with salt and pepper and steam until firm to the bite.
