For the Mediterranean lasagna, sauté onion, garlic and mince in oil.
Add zucchini and carrot, season, stir in base and pour in water.
Put lasagna sheets in hot water for 5 minutes.
Spread some of the vegetable mixture in a baking dish, place 3 lasagna sheets on top, layer vegetables again, then pasta sheets again and finish with a layer of vegetables. Sprinkle feta cheese on top.
Bake the Mediterranean lasagna at 180° for about 30 minutes.
Preparation Tip:
If you want, you can refine the Mediterranean lasagna with béchamel.
