Rinse potatoes and divide into bite-sized pieces to taste, e.g.: Wedges, sticks, slices. Place on a baking tray, drizzle olive oil over them. Season with herbs de Provence, salt and pepper. Cook in the oven (electric stove: 200 °C, gas stove: level 3) for 34-34 minutes.
Peel garlic cloves, cut into slices, add with rosemary needles 10 min before end of cooking time.
