In the dough bowl, melt the yeast in 4 tablespoons of warm water. Add the curd, egg, oil, garlic cloves, onion or herbs and salt and mix until creamy. Finally, add the flour. Pour the dough into a greased baking pan and let it rise in a warm place with the lid closed until it has doubled in volume. Bake the bread in the oven at 175 °C for about 40 minutes and bring it to the table smelling good.
