Instructions:

For the pancakes, separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Beat yolks, melted butter, powdered sugar and milk until creamy. Mix in flour and baking soda well.

Carefully fold in the snow. Heat butter in a skillet and using a ladle, fry out thick pancakes in batches.

Place the pancakes on top of each other and top with maple syrup or powdered sugar as desired.
