Peel and rinse potatoes and cut into thin slices. Cut the sausage into slices. Layer both in a greased baking dish.
Rinse fresh marjoram, chop. Mix with milk and whipped cream, season. Pour over the gratin. Bake in heated oven at 200 °C for 50 minutes.
Extinguish with one eighth of a liter of water. Bring to a boil and add clear soup. Cover and steam for about 15 min. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper. Serve everything.
