A cake recipe for all foodies:

Roll out dough into a rectangle or use ready rolled Jowa puff pastry. Place the dough on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and cut into 20 rectangular pieces of approximately the same size. Brush the rectangles with egg and draw diagonal stripes with a fork.

Bake in a heated oven at 220 °C for about 20 minutes. Cool down a bit.

Cut the puff pastry “Chüsseli” (pillows) in half with a serrated knife to make bottoms and tops.

Whip the cream until stiff, cut the salmon into small strips and mix with the cream. Add horseradish and season to taste. Divide the mixture evenly between the bases and place the lids on top. Garnish with dill.
