A great pasta dish for any occasion:

Peel onion and cut into small pieces. Remove the core from the bell bell pepper, cut the bell pepper. Season meat with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a saucepan, sear meat in it on both sides, then remove and wrap in aluminum foil.

In the drippings, fry the small peppers, onion, sliced pickles and about 1/4 of the mushrooms. In succession, briefly fry the pressed garlic, then pour in about 250 ml of water.
