For the melanzani feta spread, wash, clean and halve the melanzani and cook them with the cut side facing up in the oven at 180 °C hot air (200 °C with bottom and top heat).

In the meantime, peel and roughly chop the garlic cloves. Remove the cooked melanzani from the oven and let cool. If you want, you can scoop out the flesh, but you can also use the peel.

Puree the melanzani flesh, crumbled feta, olives, garlic, olive oil and spices into a cream and season again to taste at the end. Arrange in a bowl and garnish with paprika and olives.
