Instructions:

For the banana cornflakes muffins, preheat the oven to 200 degrees and line a muffin tray with paper cups.

Peel the ripe bananas and roughly mash them with a fork. Add the oil and honey and mix with a mixer until frothy. Then add the egg and yogurt to the mixture and mix well. Finally, mix the flour, baking powder and salt and fold into the batter.

At the very end, fold the coarsely crumbled cornflakes into the batter and fill the mixture into the ramekins. Bake the banana cornflakes muffins for about 25 minutes at 200 degrees.

Remove from the pan and let cool. To decorate, melt the chocolate coating and spread on the cooled muffins. Place a few cornflakes on top.

Preparation Tip:

Instead of honey, you can use maple syrup to sweeten the banana cornflakes muffins (also 5 tablespoons), this will give them a nutty note.
