For the sauce: 150 ml yogurt
100 ml Miracle Whip “balance” 4 tbsp cucumber broth
1 tbsp mustard
sugar, pepper, salt
cooked, peeled potatoes, eggs and cucumbers cut into slices. Remove peel from apples, core and cut into thin slices as well. Remove skin from sausage and onions and cut into thin strips. For the sauce, mix the cucumber broth, mayo, yogurt and mustard, season with salt, pepper and sugar, mix with the salad ingredients and keep everything together in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Serve with: fresh baguette, warm sausages Drink: a well chilled Pilsner beer
Tip: The higher the fat content of the yogurt, the more aromatic and creamy the result!
