Instructions:

Mix 1/3 of the curd, half of the milk, oil and iodized salt, then knead in flour and baking powder. Roll out the dough on a little flour to a thickness of half a centimeter. Cut out triangles and press the triangles into the sunflower seeds. Roll up from the long side. Brush with egg yolk. Bake in heated oven (200 °C ) for 20 minutes.

Clean and rinse the peppers, cut them in half and chop one half at a time. Also remove the peel from the onions and chop. Repeatedly halve the remaining curd. Stir into one half milk and onions and diced peppers, season with iodized salt and bell pepper and paprika powder. For the second dip, rinse and chop kitchen herbs and mix into the rest of the curd. Season with iodized salt, pepper and juice of one lemon. Finally, fill the dips into the bell pepper halves and offer with the croissants.
