Cut trout fillets into pieces and place in a bowl. Wash parsley, pluck leaves and add. Mix together with mascarpone, lemon juice and capers with a blender to a fine cream. Season with salt and pepper.
Preparation Tip:
Black bread chips go very well with this. Cut brown bread into very thin slices and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 15 minutes until crispy.
