For the limoncello punch, cut the sugar melon in half and scrape out the seeds with a spoon. Cut out small balls.

Wash the strawberries, remove the stems and leaves and cut into small pieces. Rinse lime and lemon with hot water, rub dry and slice.

Pluck mint leaves from the stem and place in a bowl (large glass bowl). Add the fruit and top with Limoncello, apricot liqueur and Martini Bianco.

Cover and let infuse in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Just before serving, pour white wine and sparkling wine and add the ice.
