For the Pims cookies, prepare a dough from margarine, honey, powdered sugar, milk, eggs, flour, gingerbread spice, baking powder and baking soda and let it rest in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour.

Then cut out thicker slices and bake at 180 degrees. Warm jam a little and drizzle on the cooled cookies in the center and let dry.
