For the fruit salad, peel the mango, separate from the stone and cut into bite-sized pieces. Wash the pears and apples, remove the core and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Peel the bananas and cut into bite-sized pieces. Wash the peaches, remove the stone and also cut into bite-sized pieces.
Put the cut fruit in a bowl and mix together. Squeeze the lemon. Mix the juice with the honey and drizzle over the fruit.
