For the carrot bread, knead well all the ingredients except the grated carrots and add the carrots last. Form a loaf and place on the baking tray.
This dough does not need to rise and can be baked immediately in the preheated oven at top/bottom heat at 180 degrees for 1 hour.

The carrot bread is also particularly delicious with chopped pumpkin seeds.
