Instructions:

For the pork chop with onion cap, wash the chops,pat dry, salt and pepper.

Peel and halve the onion and cut into strips.

Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the chops on both sides until hot, about 4 minutes. Remove from the pan and keep warm.
