Instructions:

1) Rinse potatoes and make in salted water about 20 min. Now drain and cool.

2) Peppers rinse and cut into strips. Halve onion and cut into narrow wedges. Chop the garlic.

3) Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Sauté garlic and onion in it. Add bell bell pepper and sauté until soft, about 5 min more. Take out the paprika vegetables. Vinegar and clear soup for the salad sauce in the hot frying fat form and season.
