For the oven bread, dice the onion, mushrooms and bacon. Fry in a pan in a little fat. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
In another pan, toast slices of farmhouse bread until golden brown on both sides. Place on a baking sheet, top with a slice of cooked ham and a slice of cheese. Place the oven bread in the oven to bake.
Put it on plates, spread the bacon-mushroom mixture on it, put a fried egg on it and bon appétit.
Preparation Tip:
Instead of toast cheese, you can use other cheese for the oven bread, such as processed cheese.
