For the asparagus lasagna, wash the asparagus, possibly shortening it slightly at the bottom. Mix milk and crème fraîche, season with salt and pepper. Drain the mozzarella and cut into slices.

Preheat oven to 180 °C. Grease casserole dish with butter. Line the bottom of the baking dish with lasagna sheets, place a layer of asparagus on top, spread with part of the milk-crème fraîche mixture, spread some tomato ragout on top and finish with a layer of lasagna sheets.

Repeat this process 1-2 times (until all ingredients are used). Cover the last layer of lasagne sheets with the mozzarella slices and decorate with the remaining asparagus.

Put some butter flakes on top and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes until golden.
